Signal conditioners

For converting a mA, mV or V input
to a frequency / pulse output

Analogue to frequency converters convert an analogue process signal input (voltage or current) into a frequency output.
The output pulse rate is proportional to the magnitude of the analogue input signal.

These modules have applications including providing analogue input capability for PLC digital inputs and integration of process 'rate' measurements.

107-5A Analogue to frequency converter

Converts a voltage or current input signal into pulses with respect to time. The pulse rate is proportional to the magnitude of the input signal. Output options include: pulse, open collector or for an electro-mechanical counter. Wall or DIN rail mounting.

112-5A Analogue to frequency converter / integrator

This unit converts a voltage or current input signal into pulses with respect to time. The pulse rate is proportional to the magnitude of the input signal. This unit can be used for continuous integration and totalisation where any type of 'rate' signal is available in analogue form, e.g. flow, BTU, watts, etc. Available with or without integral counter. Wall or DIN rail mounting.
