Frequency/pulse converters

This category covers a diverse range of instruments for frequency /pulse type inputs i.e. volt-free contact, voltage pulse input, current pulse input, open collector transistor pulse, sine, square or triangular waveforms, from e.g. proximity switches, turbine meters, pulse output type flowmeters, etc.

The Frequency to Analogue Converters Types C16-10 & B12-10B - provide an isolated analogue output signal (voltage or current) proportional to the pulse rate of the input signal. Applications include signal conversion for water meter pulse units and turbine meters.

The Pulse Isolator Type 112-51 isolates and conditions the input signal and provides a noise-free pulse, open collector or relay type output signal.

The Frequency Scaler Type 112-26 scales the frequency of the input signal by a non-integer number and provides a pulse, open collector or relay type output signal.

The Frequency Divider Type 112-25 divides the frequency of the input signal by an integer number and provides a pulse, open collector or relay type output signal.

The Digital Summator Type 112-60 sums up to five pulse input signals and provides a pulse, open collector or relay type output signal.

 

Frequency/pulse converter selection guide

PLEASE NOTE, for type B12-10B other outputs within the
following ranges can be provided.

Currents from 0-1mA to 0-30mA; Voltage from 0-1V to 0-10V;
Bidirectional voltage signals (e.g. ± 5 V); Reverse acting current and
voltage signals (e.g. 4-20mA to 20-4mA); Current sink output signals.
