General purpose power supplies for loop-powered transmitters, DC powered signal conditioners and other instrumentation
The SIL range of power units include:
- General purpose instrumentation power supplies for powering two-wire transmitters operating on 4-20mA signals or powering 24V signal conditioning modules
- Battery back-up power supplies for providing a maintained dc supply in the event of a mains supply failure. Applications include supplies for loop powered transmitters, telemetry outstations, etc.

A general purpose instrumentation power supply for powering two-wire transmitters operating on 4-20mA signals or powering, transducers, 24V signal conditioning modules, etc.
- Universal AC/DC input supply 85-260 VAC, 24-200VDC
- Dual outputs - each 40mA max
- Standard outputs 12V, 24V, 36V (others to order)
- Outputs can be connected in series to provide a single output at higher voltages.
- Outputs may be of mixed voltage
e.g. Output 1 = 12V, Output 2 = 24V - High efficiency - cool running

Battery back up power supplies

General purpose (single output)

Rising Output
Characteristic - The output voltage rises with the load
current, enabling loads to be driven in series with large resistances. Types
available: 24V @ 4mA rising to 32V @ 20mA and 36V @ 4mA rising to 48V @ 20mA.
