SELECTION GUIDE: Analogue to frequency converters

Typical analogue to frequency converter applications

  • Providing analogue inputs for PLC digital inputs.
  • Integration (totalisation) of a quantity from an analogue flow signal, e.g. liquids, heat, electrical, etc.
  • Providing a signal for proportional sampling.
  • Used in conjunction with a 107-7B Square Root Extractor and a counter, recording total volume through a pipeline where the flowrate is measured with a differential pressure transmitter.

PLEASE NOTE other inputs within the following ranges can be provided.
Current from 0-1mA to 0-30mA, Voltage from 0-1V to 0-250V.
